At Annex Plus, we stand behind the quality of our products. Whether you purchased an item New-in-Box or Certified Refurbished, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase.

1. 30-Day Return Window

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

2. Eligibility Criteria

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it:

  • Unworn or unused.

  • In its original packaging with all tags, manuals, and accessories included.

  • Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.

3. Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact us at support@annexplus.com.

  • Approval: Once your return is accepted, we will send you a pre-paid return shipping label and detailed instructions.

  • Unauthorized Returns: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

4. Damages, Defects, and Wrong Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately at support@annexplus.com. In these cases, Annex Exchange will cover the cost of return shipping to ensure you receive the correct, functional product at no additional expense to you.

5. Return Shipping Costs (Change of Mind)

For standard returns (e.g., if you changed your mind or no longer need the item), the customer is responsible for the actual cost of return shipping.

  • We will provide a pre-paid shipping label for your convenience.

  • The cost of this label will be deducted from your final refund amount.

6. Fees

  • Restocking Fees: Annex Plus does not charge any restocking fees.

  • Final Sale Items: Certain types of items cannot be returned (such as custom products or personal care goods). Please get in touch if you have questions about your specific item.

7. Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return.

  • Approval: If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method.

  • Timeline: Most refunds are processed within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to post the refund to your account.

  • Status Inquiry: If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return, please contact us at support@annexplus.com.
